Worked as claims representative last two years of college and all of Law School. Handled auto claims, medical mal-practice, workers compensation, commercial claims.


David J. Van Til Atty at Law
Worked as civil law litigator in areas of personal injury, employment, medical malpractice primarily as a sole practitioner and in some instances in association with other individuals or firms.

During these years also owned several restaurants and developed multiple hotels, and residential properties. Cases ranged from minor to disputes involving several million dollar claims.


1992 -present has been a fulltime legal mediator/litigation consultant either in association with J.A.M.S (1992-2004) IVAMS (2004-2009) or an independent practitioner handling cases though out Southern California.

During this period the cases involved personal injury, employment, property damage, business/contract litigation, medical malpractice. The number of cases handled to date total nearly 10,000 and vary broadly in type and value of case.



Mr. Van Til prides himself in providing MEDIATION services throughout Southern California that provide effective results and that are time and cost effective.

This passion includes competing in bodybuilding competitions and developing fitness and wellness programs for working men and women professionals and seniors as old as 90.
